She earned her doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, before her Internal Medicine residency at College Medical Center in Long Beach, CA, and Diabetes & Endocrinology fellowship at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism. In 2021, she founded Advanced Institute for Diabetes & Endocrinology in Mansfield, TX, with a mission to "set the gold standard for comprehensive endocrine care in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex." Today, she sees patients in a total of 7 states and spends her free time traveling the world, or with her horse, Bunny.

His role involved developing and implementing cutting-edge training programs for Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force pilots and aircrew, enhancing their performance in extreme conditions.His expertise also extended to training Navy SEALs, NASA astronauts, and Hollywood actors, and he was notably selected as the personal exercise physiologist for the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Team. In addition to his military achievements, Dr. Bartlett has been a prominent lecturer, addressing over 70,000 active-duty personnel on topics related to nutrition, exercise, and performance improvement. His program designs have become foundational in naval aviation, significantly contributing to the success and development of elite pilots. Academically, Dr. Bartlett has 8 years of collegiate teaching and served as an instructor in the Physical Education Department at the United States Naval Academy, where he taught exercise physiology and sports-specific conditioning. He also directed the Human Performance Laboratory, overseeing the testing of Naval Academy athletes.His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-own Quest Sports Science Center in Annapolis, Maryland, a renowned facility for nutrition and physiological testing. Dr. Bartlett is also certified in Photobiomodulation therapy, reflecting his commitment to advancing human performance and recovery through innovative approaches. His career highlights his dedication to improving physical performance and health in both military and civilian contexts.
